My very first day of "blogging"

Thanks to "Tricia" and "Jason" to introducing me to this "blogging" adventure! I have to say it has taken me most the day to figure this whole thing out but i think i might have the hang of it! So for any of you "bloggers" who know more about this then i...dont hestitate to give me pointers!
For today, I just want to say hi and im excited to add something new a few days a week to my blog to keep everyone informed to our day to day at the Corbin household! Thanks Shannon for being the first one to read this! Thats my sister, my favorite sister haha...

Discipline? At what age?

So Miss Molly has finally stopped fighting me for a nap so i figured its time to blog! My Question is of Discipline. When do you start? MollyJean is 16months old and some days there aren't words to describe the way she acts. Ok, so terrible two's i have heard about but honestly she hasnt even hit a year and a half yet! What do i do? I have tried the naughty chair...she doesnt stay sitting. So i put her in her high chair as the "naughty" chair. She doesnt care...she just gets back down after a minute and a half and does her "naughty" act again. Now when i say naughty i mean for example biting...bite her back? Thats what my mother would say if reading this...slap her in the face? Sorry dont believe in either one of those suggestions. Hitting only promotes hitting. Okay so i have a degree in Early Childhood but i think i might have skipped out on the chapter on discipline. What i remember is the "time out chair" and well its not working....be consistent i know i know...the biting seems to be getting better but she takes all the dvds and throws them on the ground, pushes buttons on the tv etc! Someone HELP!
